Shipping policy

  2. At Cosmopet.ae, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of products purchased from our website.

  4. Currently, we offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). 
  5. Processing Time
  • Orders placed before 18:00 are processed the same day after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 18:00, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays, and we will notify customers accordingly.
  1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
  2. We offer the following shipping options within the UAE:
  • Dubai: Next day delivery for all orders placed before 18:00
  • Other Emirates: Delivery within 2 days
  1. Shipping Fees
  • Cosmopet offers Free Delivery for all orders above AED 50 all over the UAE.
  • If orders are below AED 50, an AED 15 delivery charge will be applied.
  1. Order Tracking
  2. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. You can track your order on our website or through the courier’s tracking system.
  3. Delivery Issues
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier partner may attempt re-delivery or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
  • If the package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.
  • In case of delays beyond our control (e.g., courier service issues, weather conditions), we will keep you informed and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

  2. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
