- General Information
Cosmopet.ae is an online platform that provides pet food, treats, and related products. Our company operates under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and all transactions and interactions are governed by UAE law. - Use of the Website
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration or checkout process.
- Any website misuse, including fraudulent activities, may result in account suspension or legal action.
- Orders & Payments
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- We accept payments with major credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, and AmericanExpress). Prices are displayed in AED and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Cosmopet.ae reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, with a full refund if applicable.
- If we cannot supply you with the Products you ordered for whatever reason, we will not process your order and will inform you of this. This might be because a Product is out of stock or because we have identified an error in the price of the Product. If you have already paid for the Products, we will provide you with a full refund as soon as reasonably possible.
- Shipping & Delivery
- We offer delivery services across the UAE. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
- Cosmopet.ae is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, courier issues, or customs clearance.
- Customers must ensure that the provided shipping address is correct. Any additional charges due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Returns & Refunds
- If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by calling our Customer Services department during working hours and within one hour of having placed it. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of these periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund with proof of payment (your original order form will suffice).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method as soon as possible but we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account.
- Promotional offers
- From time to time, we may make available promotional offers on the Website and in such cases specific terms and conditions will apply. Such offers may be time-limited and orders may not qualify if they have not been fully processed by you within the stated time period. Offers may not be combined with other promotions, offers and voucher codes unless otherwise specifically stated. We reserve the right to amend or terminate a promotion at any time without notice.
- Intellectual Property
- All content on Cosmopet.ae, including images, logos, text, and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Cosmopet and cannot be used, copied, or distributed without permission.
- Limitation of Liability
- Cosmopet.ae is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
- Our pet food products are formulated based on industry standards, but individual pet reactions may vary. We recommend consulting a veterinarian before introducing new food to your pet’s diet.
